Seasoning mix for poultry, white fish and wok dishes

The crazy curry mix is ideal for poultry with and without skin, white fish and much more. Stirred into yoghurt, it makes a fantastic tandoori style marinade. Dry rub the food to be grilled with seasoning mix and moisten with some oil if necessary. Also use as a liquid marinade with fruit juice, yoghurt or oil mixed in.
