Mafia Coffee - the Mediterranean herbal blend and fine espresso result in a unique taste experience particularly for lamb, beef, pork and game. Mafia Coffee works well with pasta sauce and harmonises perfectly with grated parmesan. Simply coat the meat with a 1/1 mixture of parmesan and Mafia Coffee and grill indirectly. Dry rub the food to be grilled with seasoning mix and moisten with some oil if necessary. Also use as a liquid marinade with oil mixed in. Season to taste
